BrauBeviale will be held again in the Exhibition Center Nuremberg in 2023 after a break due to Corona.

In good tradition, we will also exhibit a bottle cleaning machine this year.

We present a compact machine, completely made of stainless steel.
The bottle washer type ARCADE GEK2.1 RV1-274 / 95-25 has a nominal capacity of 8,800 bph and is designed for 0.33l Steinie swing top bottles.

The dimensions of the machine, as well as the heights of the bottle infeed and discharge, ideally fit the requirements of small and medium breweries.

The GM bottle washers feature a modern drive concept with single shaft drives. The bottles are inserted by means of a finger system. The individual scanning of the fingers ensures that the machine is gentle on the material. Bottle discharge is also performed by means of a finger system, the bottles are picked up directly from the cells - the drop height is zero! The self-cleaning rotary tube spray with 3D spray jet ensures good cleaning and rinsing results. In terms of energy and water consumption, this machine provides a resource-saving technology.
