Energy saving

The bottle cleaning machines ARCADE are available in various options for saving energy. Especially the ARCADE GEL series offers the combination of different modules for a better utilisation of heat and drinking water:

• Insulation of the hot lye section
• 2-stage pre-soak zone
• Pre-soak bath (also for improving the hold-up time of the lye)
• Heat recovery between post-lye and pre-spraying/pre-soak zones
• Additional spraying zone (cold water 2), for better grading of the recooling process
