The Brau Beviale 2018 reopens its doors in the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.
We will once again exhibiting a bottle washer at this year's BrauBeviale.
The machine, produced for Scherdel, a privately owned brewery located in Hof/Germany, has a nominal capacity of 33,000 bottles/hour and is designed for 0.5 l and 0.33 l bottles.
A new hygienic design development will be presented for the very first time.
The large head section is easily accessible and therefore easy to clean.
As is always the case, this machine uses tried and tested components manufactured by GM Gera.
This includes the single-shaft drives, the bottle infeed with one-finger prompt and the discharge units with 0 drop height, as well as the self-cleaning rotary tube spray in a straight or angular design.
A special feature is the internal bottle circulation, which prevents the penetration of the caustic solution and the heating of the bottles in the head section, even during extended downtimes.
