Label separator

Based on many years of experience, we have designed the label separator as a multistage system. The first separation stage is the underwater surge after approx. 60% of the time the bottles are submerged in the lye bath. On this stage, the lye flows around the bottles and the separated labels are discharged.
After the bottles have left the lye-soak bath, they are moved within the basket by a forward roller and, at the same time, water is poured onto them from a swivelling pipe. The circulated lye is filtered through a cross-over travelling screen. The labels are taken to the collecting basin by a rotating brush.
